Laser Cutting & Engraving
Laser cutting and engraving is used to produce a range of products from anodised labels, acrylic lettering and shapes, gifts and many more.
Our oculus 2500 flat bed Co2 laser machine offers outstanding cutting and engraving capabilities on a huge choice of materials.
From cutting complex shapes to engraving detailed images the use of laser technology delivers superb accuracy and a high quality finish. Another advantage of using a laser as opposed to traditional cutting methods when using acrylics is the polished finish to edges that would normally show the marks from cutting.
With a bed size of 2500x1500mm we can produce large one off pieces to high volume orders all with an unrivalled level of accuracy and precision and also allows us to cut lengths in excess of 8 foot.
Material choice is vast and includes but is not limited to acrylic, wood, foam, leather, glass, slate, vinyl, cork, paper, cardboard, anodised metals, silk, denim, mdf and plywood.
